Siyez is a cultivated form of wild wheat species that grow in various countries called spa or Einkorn. It takes its name from the oldest wheat.

Production Stages: Contracted seed production is made. First of all, farmers are determined. It is checked whether the land is suitable for production. For suitable lands, seeds are given to the producer. After the seeds are given, land controls are carried out at regular intervals and the product is taken from the producer after the harvest, after the cleaning process is completed, it is analyzed and offered for sale

As a result of archaeological excavations carried out in the Siyez region, it has been determined that there is an endemic wheat variety. It is the oldest wheat germ. It is the ancestor of wheat.
